In case you weren’t paying that much attention, our web site has been down for almost a year. Unfortunately our old web manager Tech Monkey left right before a WordPress update that kind of broke everything. Katie did her best with almost no understanding of website management, but eventually we had to rebuild from scratch and this brings us to where we are today. But we’re back, and looking to rebuild our writer base.
Yesterday we talked about some of the things we saw at E3. Games from both eastern and western developers of titles ranging from lower to higher lily ranks. Blockbuster franchises were expanded and new AAA titles were unveiled, and though we suspect none of these games will be the kind of full-bloom lilies we could dream of, they are exceptional titles. Tomorrow we’ll be giving our ‘bests in show’, but we wanted to share some highlights of E3.
Like every year, the Electronic Entertainment Expo, or E3, is a big metaphorical tent held up by press conferences that show off the blockbuster titles of each year. This year, the usual suspects of Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo, EA and Ubisoft were joined by new press conferences by Bethesda, Square-Enix and PC Gamer. So, looking at these is the best way to frame a round up of the highlights of E3.
